How to Order Products

Ordering from Onlinebeds.com is easy, you can browse our online brochure and compare our competitive prices before you purchase, alternatively if you know the bedding product you require you can select directly from our Mattressman orderline and follow our simple checkout systems!
All the products we supply are quality branded products and the prices quoted exclude delivery unless specifically stated

At the time of ordering you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take up to10 days.

How do I know if my order has been received?

We will acknowledge receipt of your order by our automated ordering system. Subject to stock and availability we will confirm by e-mail when your products will be available for delivery, this will normally be within 48 hours of placing your order.
