Silentnight Home Delivery Information

• Onlinebeds on recieving your order will email confirmation of your order after the credit card details supplied have proved satisfactory.
• We will then forward the delivery product and address detail to Silentnight to commence the delivery process.
• Onlinebeds will email the invoice to the card holders address for acknowledgement and checking.
• Silentnight will contact you to arrange delivery of the product to your door.
• Silentnight will endeavour to deliver within 20 working days of receipt of your order.Silentnight will post a delivery detail of the day of delivery and product to be delivered with your personal order number, if any of the details are incorrect please contact them on 01282 850000 quoting your personal order number between the hours of 8.30am and 8.00pm
• We cannot remove old beds or mattresses to conform with Health and Safety regs. for our personnel and Trading Standards contamination guidelines of the use of the delivery vehicle.
• Please Note: Delivery is subject to access, it is the customers responsibilty that the delivery vehicle pictured below has legal access to their property before ordering to avoid an aborted delivery. (vehicle weight:16.5 tonnes, vehicle height: 14' 3")

Unadopted roads, cart paths and tracks will not be negotiated by any of our delivery vehicles

To assist us to deliver your new product effectively please supply information for delivery if there is weight, height and/or parking restrictions, unadopted roads/paths or difficult access to the property, or if the property is an appartment or in a high rise building.

(Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery and a delivery charge being levied)
