All the products we supply are quality branded products and with a little care and attention this will give you many years of sleeping comfort.
Slight depressions may become evident on your new mattress, this is quite normal and should not be of concern. It is recommended that a traditional double sided mattress are turned over alternatively head-to-foot, then turned over side to side on a weekly basis. After 12 weeks the mattress need only be turned monthly.
The new generation of 'no-turn' easy life mattresses should be turned head to foot on the same cycle as above to give satisfactory service.
We reserve the right to refuse service should the complaint be due to causes other than faulty manufacture or defective materials, or should the product be in a stained or unhygieneic condition.
We reserve the right to refuse service should the complaint be due to a weight issue of the customer in respect of manufacturers guidelines of body mass in excess of 110KG
We reserve the right to charge a call out fee of £45 if the product is found to be stained or in an unhygeneic condition, or where the customer is above the manufacturers body mass recommendations for the product, upon inspection by the company.
In the unlikely event that a problem should arise in a divan set due to faulty material or poor workmanship during the first 12 months from the date of purchase we will replace any part, or all of the product that is defective completely free of charge.
During the period 12-24 months, replacements will be free of charge but will attract a contribution to the transport costs. In subsequent years, a sliding scale of charges is payable by the consumer based on usage plus transport costs as follows:

Any claim must be made no later than 5 years from the date of purchase.
This warranty is valid in the United Kingom and does not affect your statutory rights.
